Bite-Sized Gourmet Antipasto

Juicy and crispy, these artichoke bites are the perfect canapés.

The best thing about this recipe is that the supermarket deli has already done half the work for us. I once googled how to cook an artichokes, but it was too complicated lol. So now I just buy bulbs from the deli, bake them add some condiments on top.

This is an impressive crowd pleaser with minimal effort. Your guests will be fighting for the last piece!

Ingredients

  • 6 Artichoke Bulbs from the Deli

  • Feta Cheese

  • Dill

  • Pine Nuts

Method

1.  CUT in half each artichoke heart in half.

2. BAKE for 10-15 mins @180 deg until golden. Add pine nuts on top after the artichokes have been in the oven for 5- 8 minutes.

3. ADD crumbled feta and fresh dill on top to serve.

Literally 3 steps, literally will change your mezze game. Enjoy!
