Lemon Cake with Gingerbread 🎂

The inner kid in me loved to make this cake. It’s basically just pre-made cake mix in a box, adding icing and sticking on gingerbread men all around it. If you want to cut corners, you can even just buy pre-made gingerbread cookies and just stick them on.

Dust with icing sugar all over and you have yourself a beautiful winter Christmas cake!

Cake:
Gluten free lemon cake mix by @auchan_pt.

Icing:
Vegan butter by @violife_foods, vanilla essence and icing sugar.
