Za'atar Cauliflower with Kale Chips
Ingredients
1 whole cauliflower
1 bunch of kale
Pomegranate
Tahini
Spices: Za’atar and paprika.
Method
1. PRE-HEAT the oven at 180 degrees.
2. SEASON the whole cauliflower with olive oil and za’atar.
3. ROAST the cauliflower for 35-40 mins until the it starts so brown a little. After 20 minutes, turn the tray around so it’s roasted evenly.
5. MEANWHILE, massage the washed kale with olive oil, paprika and S&P. Bake for 15 mins while the Cauliflower is in the oven.
6. SERVE the cauliflower with a drizzle of tahini on top, pomegranate and optional for crushed walnuts.
