Chilli Cheese Poppers
I just like saying Jalapenos, ‘ha-la-pen-nos’.
I’ve never cooked Jalapenos before our Mexican Fiesta, so when I saw them on La Mexicana I had to try my luck! Found some recipes online and this was the jist of it it.
Ingredients:
Jalapenos
Cream Cheese
Cheddar Cheese
Chives
Lemon
Paprika
Method:
Cut Jalapenos in half, bake for 10 mins @ 180 deg.
Mix cream cheese, grated cheddar cheese and finely chopped chives. Squeeze a bit of lemon to taste.
Stuff Jalapenos with cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.
