10 Fashion Brands Under $200

Apart from ‘Omg Nacho is so cute’ or ‘YUM, Jeroen must eat well’ 😂, another question I often get is ‘Where is your dress from?!’

I’ve always loved fashion and getting dressed up; however, I’ve always been price conscious. I try to find items which a) have versatility (meaning I can wear it again and again), b) look more expensive that what I paid for and c) align with my style and current wardrobe.

Whilst fashion blogger may not be in my repertoire, I’d love to share some brands which have caught my eye over the last few months. Most of these are Australian, ship overseas and items I have were all under $200 😉.

Verge Girl

Verge Girl is definitely an ‘on-trend’ almost fast fashion brand. You won’t like everything on their website but when you do see something you click add to basket faster than light. I love this bronze dress and orange crop and midi set. Both great for date night or out with the girls and I also mix and match the orange set with other neutral items in my wardrobe.

Billini Shoes

I have murdered these white sandal heels lol. Literally have worn them so many times in Singapore, including my hens night. Whilst they are not pure leather, they have served me well for the last 10 months. They also do lower heels and flats.

Billy J Boutique

This brand just oozes Australian coastal summer. You can definitely feel the roots of Sunshine Coast coming through the collection. From flowy linen maxi dresses to mini beach dresses taking you from beach to bar, you’ll always find something to update your wardrobe from here. I bought this black maxi dress and had it delivered to Belgium, just remember for the EU you’ll have to pay customs tax.

12th Tribe

Modern boho vintage, is how I could describe 12th Tribe. I’ve worn this white crop the most on our US/Mexico/ EU trip. I love tie up laces on the back and the subtle puffy sleeves. 12th Tribe is more of a fast fashion brand, you might not like everything but there will be a few nuggets of gold if you have a dig around.

Marc Fisher

Beige ankle boots are a great staple. After living in Singapore for 3 years, I never saw the need to buy any boots. When we went to the US in May it was super cold so I wanted to buy a pair of boots which weren’t crazy expensive. I found these boots on DSW for $99! They are such a comfy height as well. Check out the Marc Fisher website for shipping, as DSW doesn’t ship internationally.

Runaway the Label

I’m absolutely loving Runaway the Label at the moment. You just get this ‘holiday glow’ vibe when scroll through their website. It just feels like #EuroSummer. The items I purchased recently (white long sleeve wrap top and blue button down dress) were on sale -which was even better. I’ll be back for more items soon!

Dolce Vita

I bought these heeled sandals in the US back in June. They are a mix of neutral colours with a hint of snakeskin. It cringes me to write that, as I don’t like snake skin lol. But they somehow work with almost anything in my wardrobe, I love it! Check our their website for more sandals, boots and heels.

Splice Boutique

Splice Boutique is another Australian store based in Sydney. It’s one of my favourite stores for summer clothes, as it’s more of a refined beach look. Rarely do I buy the same style in two colours, but this was an exception! I am such a beach girl down at heart and this dress/top just screamed out ‘Lizzie’. My dress and top were on sale and whilst most of the tops and dresses are under $200, there are definitely items north of this (worth the investment though!).

Dissh

If you’re looking for trendy, elegant casual linen clothing, head over to Dissh. This is definitely the more ‘mature’ brand out of the list, however it’s always good to invest in pieces you’ll wear time and time again. I bought this little beige crop tie up which I wear with pants, mini and midi skirts.

Sheike

Sheike is my go-to Australian brand for any girly and dressy items. I’ve been shopping there for almost 10 years now! They always have great trendy and quality dresses, tops and skirts. When I was in Singapore I bought almost all of my work clothes from there as well as my going out dresses.

Also the pink/white floral skirt and white pants in this post were bought in from a store which closed down in Singapore. I am pretty sure they are Zimmermann rip offs haha. It was a random store in Far East Plaza :p.

Hope you found these brands helpful and let me know what are your favourite brands!

Happy shopping x
